Called Party receiving SPAM message on cell phones

I'm getting feedback from users saying that they are getting SPAM message when receiving calls on the cell phones. CUCM 10.5 ISDN PRI's and CenturyLink is our carrier. 

 

This just started in the last few months. 

 

Has anyone else had the problem. I'm send the caller id but not a name.

Hello,

Obvious question, but have you contacted your Provider to check if anything has changed by their end?

Can you check with the Provider if they are receiving the called-ID as they are expecting to do so?
