Caller Id cisco jabber to Desk Phone (MRA)

Hi Team

When user1 call from cisco jabber for iPhone to user2 cisco jabber for iPhone .We can see the caller id (name and number )on the user2 cisco jabber for iPhone but its not appear on the Desktop phone(only number not the user name).

We want to see both name and number also on the Desk Phone as its working on internal call?

If you call from a desk phone to user2 cisco jabber, does the calling name and number appear on both destination devices?

Is Directory number of User2 jabber shared with a desk phone?

Yes, we can see the name and number from deskphone (hardphone) to user2 cisco jabber.

What mean by directory number shared?
