Caller-ID Issue on Analog Trunks

Hi Everyone

We are facing the incoming Caller ID display on the 3905, 7811 and 8845 phones. Upon checking the debug voice ccapi inout, we noted that every incoming call on the same Analog trunk displays different characters altogether.

Example

Call 1: cisco-ani=+DE*1D234+4*F
Call 2: cisco-ani=+DE291414+4*FC
Call 3: cisoc-ani=+DE291414+4*FC
Call 4: cisco-ani=+DE2914+4*FE
Call 5: cisco-ani=+DE2910+4*F
Call 6: cisco-ani=EE291+4*F

Requesting for your advice on how we can fix this. The expected number from the carrier is Caller-ID of the PSTN phone calling the Main Analog Trunk.

In case the carrier can not fix or that send the proper caller ID, is there a way we can mask the digits and just display some other thing.

Regards

Adrian
