Caller ID issue with CUCM and Linphone extension

Hi,

 

Hopefully this is the correct place to post this request for assistance from the experts.

 

I have a customer that has CUCM v11 operational on site and we have some devices that run the Linphone client that connect via SIP extensions to the CUCM.  Call routing and dial plans are all setup correctly and inbound/outbound calls work fine.  The only issue we have is when an inbound call from outside the site comes in and is routed by the customers voicebox system (when you type in the known extension and the system transfers you over).  The caller ID doesn't appear to be passing through to Linphonec, I see this line in Linphone log files:

 

From: <sip:1001@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx>;tag=1xxxxxxxx (replaced numbers with X)

 

If I dial the same phone extension within the CUCM that is not a Linphone SIP phone (say a Cisco desk phone) and then the person on the other end redirects me to the Linphone extension, I get the caller ID of the person routing me through:

 

From: "Simon Cisco" <sip:2124@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx>;tag=7xxxxxx~daxxxxxx-dxxx-4xxx-9xxx-axxxxxxxxxx-6xxxxxx

 

Any suggestions?
