have a user who uses cell phone to call internal phones and her caller ID shows the remote destination profile number instead of her cell phone number? could this be altered to show her cell phone number rather than the RDP number?
phone functioning fine so all configs are good except for caller ID.
CUCM 7.12
thanks in advance for the help.

This is default IOS behavior if the incoming call does not present caller-id to the GW:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk652/tk90/technologies_tech_note09186a008010fed1.shtml#topic6
If an incoming call comes in over a voice-port, and there isn't a calling number presented, what will happen is IOS will try and match an incoming POTS dial-peer based on the port the call came in over. If the dial-peer that it uses has a "destination-pattern" configured on it, that destination-pattern is used as the ANI for the call.
Sounds like the call may be coming in over FXO and caller ID is not being presented.

Hi Dave,
Cell phone is sending out caller id information so im not sure why the callerid is being masked.
calll flow:
mobile (pstn)-- h323 gw-- remote destination profile -- cucm

Is the call coming in over FXO or PRI?
If FXO please grab:
conf t
no logging con
no logging rate limit
logging buffered 10000000 deb
service sequence
exit
debug vpm sig
debug voip ccapi inout
If PRI grab:
conf t
no logging con
no logging rate limit
logging buffered 10000000 deb
service sequence
exit
debug isdn q931
debug voip ccapi inout
This will tell us if caller-id is in fact being sent from the provider. It's not the cell phone that sends caller ID, it's the provider that sends calling number/ANI.
Thanks, -Dave
