Hello
We have a client using CME and they have 50 VOIP phones and 5 SIP phones registered with the CME Router.
We have updated the labels and names on two of the SIP phones but when calling another phone, the Caller ID is still the old one.
voice register dn 3
number 454
allow watch
name New_Name
no-reg
label New_Name
!
voice register dn 5
number 733
name New_Name
no-reg
label New_Name
Am I missing something?
The Calling Number which is displayed when calling one of the VOIP phones should be the 'Name' listed above right??
Thanks

On sip it will take the name you put on the sip pool.

Hi.
To apply changes to register pools go to register global and issue create profile or under pool "apply-config"

Hi Both
Thanks for your suggestions, under the #Voice Register Pool X config mode, the only thing which looks like it might pertain to the name is 'Description'.....is this what needs to be added?
Thanks
FYI Carlo - I have recreated the SIP configs using the Create Profiles command under the Voice Register Global but this was only after adding the name and label as mentioned in the original post but this didn't update anything. Presumably it has to be done on the pools as mentioned by Jose.
