Hello,
There is an integrations between Cisco(Cisco Unified CM Administration System version: 9.1.2.10000-28) and Alcatel PBX, the communication is right from both sides, but when there is a call from IP phone from Alcatel to the IP phone from Cisco, the caller id is not present in the Alcatel's Phone, instead of this just shows: "SIP".  Here is extract from the debug ccsip message(The full text is at the Attachment ).

Received:

Hi Ivan,

I have done this integration but in my case mediator was SME and faced caller id issue and that time if I remember correctly then I have just unchecked Asserted identity & remote-party-id on SIP trunk and it worked. So can you try this once.

Suresh

Hi Suresh,

I have done the change, but it is at the same situation. Thanks anyway, do you have another idea?

Thanks a lot in advance!
