Caller input with native call queue not working

Hi all,

 

I configured caller input with personal greeting on a user's voicemail box, and if caller presses 1, the call will be transferred to a native call queue with a customized MOH that the caller will hear it when all hunt members are busy. The issue is the caller only can hear the personal greeting instead of the moh when all hunt member are busy. Any idea?

 

Call follow:

Caller-->DN(Fwd all to VM)-->Voicemail box with DN in Unity-->Personal greeting: press 1 to call queue in CUCM, press 2, etc. -->Caller input: 1 is transfer calls to hunt pilot number for the call queue.

 

Caller heard when all hunt member are busy: sorry, the number you dialed is busy, then the personal greeting configured in voicemail box, thanks for calling.... press 1...

Check the forwarding on hunt pilot. Looks like you kept the voice mail box dn as forwarding.

Have you checked how it behaves if you call to the hunt pilot directly? Does you then get MOH as you describe it  or does it behave the same?

It is the native call queue issue. it is fixed by checking the box of "route the call to this destination" to hunt pilot itself. Thank you all for the help.
