Caller Name Display on CUCME Phone

We have SIP Trunk Integration between CUCME and CUCM. When we make calls from CUCME to CUCM We would like to see the Caller Name Displayed when the remote Phone is ringing. Currently the Caller Name is displayed when call is Connected.

Tried to enable asserted-id pai globally but id did not resolve issue. Rather now we are not able to see the calling name even when call is connected. 

Any Idea how can i Achieve same ??

are you using H323 between cucm and cme?

if so check diplay IE on the GW configuration in cucm

When call is Initiated from CUCM to CUCME callerId is visible in Both Ringing and connected state. and When call is made from CUCME to CUCM it is not visible.

Logs only have the call for CUCM to CUCME. Not the other way around.
