CallerID on CCME 7

Hello Friend,

I have a problem on CallerID of PSTN lines on my CME. I,ve enabled the caller ID under the voice-ports but the phones doesn't show the caller ID. I tested caller ID with nomal phones. It seems that the CO sends the caller ID before the first ring. I added caller id ring alert 1|2 command under the voice-port but the problem still exist. As I checked the command refrence, there is other caller ID related commands but those commands are not shown in router's CLI. Can you please to solve this issue?

Which verion of IOS you using? Its working before,have you done any changes ?Can you provide me with the configuration

CME versio is 7.1 (cme-full-7.1.0.1.tar)

IOS: I tested two IOS

Please add the following commands and test it

Voice-port X/X/X

cptone local-------------As per your conuntry------------

caller-id alerting ring {1 | 2}

caller-id alerting dsp-pre-alloc

ring number

also please send me the following debug

• debug vpm signal
  

• debug vtsp dsp
  

• debug vtsp session

Hello,

As I mentioned some commands seems to be not supported under the voice port configuration.

CME-2811(config-voiceport)#caller-id alerting ?

  ring  during ring

As you see dsp-pre-alloc is not in CLI output.
