Hello Everybody,
We have encountered an issue recently which we do not know whether it is a bug or a feature.
We have a Call Manager Express system (IOS Version 15.0(1r)M1). We have created various hunt groups each containing a number of extensions.
Example :
ephone-hunt 6 sequential
list 1102, 1128, 1131, 1104, 1103, 1118, 1115
We have noticed that if on any one of the extensions (say 1103) we Press "CallFwdAll" the calls addressed to the hunt group when reaching 1103 DO NOT get forwarded and 1103 is bypassed. (Dialling 1103 directly IS forwarded).
Has anyone encountered this? Any ideas are appreciated.
Thanks a lot for your attention and help.
Regards
Michael Hatzitheodorou

•If Call Forward All or Call Forward Busy is configured for a hunt group member (directory number), the hunt group ignores it.
