Calling A PLAR Number

Hi all.

 

Question then background.

 

How do I call a PLAR number (CUCM 10.5)

 

Background.

We have virtual receptions in some of our offices and to aid the sending of calls to the right places, change the dialling number location and the swap out of phones so I created a PLAR to dial a trigger in UCCX, I then set up a script to catch the dialling number and then pass that call to the relevant manned office reception.

Works very well

BUT

How do I enable the system to be able to call that PLAR number back if the call gets disconnected?

A phone with PLAR is the same as any other endpoint, it has a DN and as long as you can reach that DN, you can call it.
