Calling between shared-extension with CUWL licenses

Hi,

One of our client wants to know if there is any possibility of calling between shared-lines in CUWL licenses. For example we have phone-A and phone-B in hotel room suite with shared extension 2000. Can phone A call phone B on extension 2000 provided we have CUWL standard or pro licensing?

Regards,

Anees

Licenses have nothing to do with your Call routing. As long as the CSS and Partitions are in place and if the phones are registered, your calls should/will work.

Hi Anees,

As mentioned here, licenses has nothing to do with this calling. BUt what you are trying to achieve. If you say shared line then both of the extensions will be in same partition. If this is your case, you will be calling 2000 from 2000 will make the calls also land on the same phone and you wont be able to speak as such.
