Here is my route pattern - 9.011!
The line is in the correct CSS of international
The user gets a message "that number is not in service"
I tried this with multiple International numbers from different vendors.
Any thoughts?

that certainly is not from CUCM, what kind of GW? MGCP? H323? CUCM version?? and most important thing, what does the telco expects??? if you don't know give them a call, some expect certain info sent to accept calls
might sound stupid but can you call the number from any other phone???
i ask because one time someone opened a TAC with me and the issue was the number was wrong =)

Hello Michael,
I agree with Jaime, this sounds like something from the provider. I know for a fact that if your PRI is on a 4ess switch, they generally do not want the leading 011 on international calls, and the called party plan type needs to be set to international in order for the call to go through. But check with your provider and they will tell you exactly what they need to see on international calls.
