Hi,

Please provide details of the call flow. If an h323 gateway or trunk is involved then please uncheck " Wait for Far End H.245 Terminal Capability Set" on the gateway/ trunk page and reset it and check again.

HI Manish,

I spent much time to check the problem, the sip messagers gave the error:

SIP/2.0 503 Service Unavailable
Date: Mon, 07 Mar 2016 02:52:59 GMT
Warning: 399 FCNLHCMSUB1 "Unable to find a device handler for the request received on port 5060 from x.x.x.x

Then I checked the sip trunk settings in call manager and found a sip trunk security profile was selected, afer changed to Non-security profile, the problem was resolved.

When the sip trunk incoming port is 5071, unnormal call; when the port is 5060, normal call.

So the port must be 5060 to handle all incoming calls successfully ?

Unable to find a device handler for the request received on port 5060 from x.x.x.x

So CM is not able to select the SIP trunk during inbound call. You need to confirm that the call should be coming from IP address which is configured as destination address under SIP trunk and destination port is same as configured under SIP trunk security profile.

When we configure the sip trunk in call manager, the default destination port is 5060, and then make sure the security profile port is the same as it.  Is there any other destination port we can choose to support the call ?

For outbound call from CM, source port is taken from SIP trunk security profile and destination port is what you configure under SIP trunk.

For inbound calls to CM, call must be coming from same IP address and port configured under SIP trunk. Destination port for this call should be what is configured in SIP trunk security profile.
