When UCCX redirects a call to an external number the calling party transformations are not applying, and keeps display the CTI port caller ID.
I have attempted to use a translation pattern which I have used in the past, and also works on the current platform when calling the translation from a handset and/or voice mail.
Also attempted to to use a CSS on the SIP trunk level without luck.
DNA Reports that the Calling Party Transformation is applied.
