Calling Party transformation not applying

Hi,

We have a requirement to prefix calling party number with 1 while routing a call to ITSP's SBC trunk.

I did the following --

1) created a partition (PT-1), created a calling party transformation pattern (CPT-1) and applied to PT-1 and a CSS (CSS-1) with PT-1.

2) At trunk --> outbound calling --> un-checked use device pool calling party transformation CSS and selected CSS-1 for calling party transformation. 

Problem is the calling party number is not transforming. I also tested the same by un-checking use external phone number mask at route pattern level, selecting CSS-1 at device pool level and at device level. The CSS-1 is not working at all.

Please suggest how to fix this ?

Can you provide more information what you actually configure viz Directory Number, Calling party transformation pattern with respective changes made there etc....

Make sure that you are matching the right route pattern. You can use DNA from CUCM to see if you matching the right pattern

DNA is not showing CPT-1 applying on call.

What outbound trunk is DNA showing and is this the one where the CSS assigned.

Can you send snapshots of your configuration and DNA report.

The oubound trunk is the one on which CSS is applied.

Configuration of CPT or css ??
