We are using a CallManager 5.1 and we are experiencing authentication issues on the CallManager Administration page.
This error occur ocasionally and the only way that we have found to solve this is rebooting the whole system.
Any idea??
The exact version is
System version: 5.1.1.3000-5
Administration version: 1.1.0.0-1

what is the error message you get when trying to login ??

There is no error. The page automatically refresh asking again for the credentials without any prompt.

Have you tried accessing the web int. from a different PC/browser ?
