Hi,
This can be caused by bad media, did you check the MD5 checksum?
Regards,
Tere.

It does not give me an MD5 checksum. I tried different media two different versions of an upgrade
_8.5.1.11900-21, and 8.5.1.12900-7. I also downloaded the 11900-21 again and still no MD5 checksum. I thought it may have somethig to do with connecting via the data store on the VM server. Not sure why I am not getting a checksum.
thanks
dan
