Hi Wilson,

If you are 3 hours behind GMT then run this command in config mode on your router

clock timezone GMT -3 0

or just set the router time with following command in enable mode

clock set hh:mm:ss

Then don't forget to create cnf files under telephony service and create profile under voice register global.

Hi Shahzad,

The Customer have another IP Phone models, and it´s are with correct time

Thanks,

Wilson

You already configured daylight saving time to apply it automatically, If you live in a place where summer time does not follow the pattern, you can specify the exact date and times. In the following example, daylight saving time (summer time) is configured to start on April 01, 2015 at 2 a.m., and end on October 01, 2015 at 2 a.m

Router(config)#clock summer-time date 01 April 2015 2:00 01 October 2015 2:00

Thanks
