callmanager express ringtone whilst on a phone call conversation

Hi,

our user is experiencing that when they make a call and the call is established they sometimes hear a ringing tone in the background on the call. it is not when they only dial a certain numebr but seems to be randmon, it also occurs on about 5 or 6 IP Phones but never on the remaining ones (about 10). It does not matter if it is an outbound or inbound call they still get it.

it sounds like an international ringing tone.

any ideas?

Please state exact IOS and phone firmware.

ios is 12.4(9)T on a 2821 ISR CCME PLATFORM, dont know what firmware is on the phones to be honest with you.

have you seen this before?

Verify the phone firmware version from the setting menu.
