Hello guys!
I have a client with a CME version 7; everything works as intended except when a caller from the PSTN place a call and gets answered, if the internal user tries to transfer this call to another number in the PSTN (external number), after pressing transfer and dials 9 for external calling it gets reorder quickly and gets the message that the call cannot be dial as intended.
What should I be looking for in this scenario?

Check that you have your transfer pattern set to allow this..eg
transfer-pattern 9T
