below is the most common bug related to tomcat in your version
Tomcat - java.lang.OutOfMemoryError due to large number of RTMT requests
As a workaround, restart the tomcat service

please rate if it helps!!

ok then this is a bug with the callmanager version. i was reading up on that bug and one of the mentioned work around was to turn off RTMT when it is not being used. Does that mean that if RTMT was not being used, I would not get those high utilization levels?
Thanks for all the help
