One of my customer need call pickup and call back options in analog telephones connected via ATA. Is there any way to do it? Also call back is needed for 6901 IP Phones.
Call manager is 8.x Biz ed.
ATA is SPA8000

i dont think you can as these features works between CUCM and Cisco IP phones using buttons on the IP phone that you cant get it or control using and analog phone

You mean the softkeys. Analog phones are not equipped with softkeys. But is there any way to do it via regular DTMF keys or SIP URIs? Because call transfer service is available via hookflash, which utilises current disconnect.
