Calls on FXO ports are disconnect after 20 sec

Hello everybodley

actually i have a problem on my FXO ports, all calls are automatically disconnected after 20 second

unfortunately its disconnected while users talking on the phone

i used custome cp-tone and supervisory disconnect on my FXOs

voice class custom-cptone AST
dualtone busy
frequency 425 425
cadence 500 500
dualtone ringback
frequency 425 425
cadence 1000 4000
dualtone disconnect
frequency 425 425
cadence 250 250

voice-port 0/1/0
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
supervisory answer dualtone sensitivity high
supervisory custom-cptone AST
no battery-reversal
input gain 6
output attenuation 2
echo-cancel coverage 24
no vad
timeouts call-disconnect 2
timeouts wait-release 3
timing sup-disconnect 50
bearer-cap Speech
caller-id enable

does anybody have this problem before???

and another thing if i do not use supervisory disconnect, if caller on PSTN disconnect the call, router didnt understand the disconnect tone

Hi,

Try re-enabling battery reversal and loose the supervisory answer tones

!
voice-port 0/1/0
no supervisory answer dualtone sensitivity high
battery-reversal
!

Then retest

If you are still having issues try a debug of a failing call

debug vpm signal

thanks for replay

actually try this but it work for 1 day and after that it disconnect again

so i try to remove all configuration under FXO ports, actuallt its work but incomming calls are disconnected after 1 min if they do not answer (or playing AA on it and caller disconnect when listen to incomming message)
