We have a little issue which I can't seem to put my finger on.
When my boss initiates a conference call (meet-me) from her extention (7940 ip phone), incoming calls to her extention get added to the meet-me call. How can I prevent this.
Call Manager 4.1/Cisco Unity 4.0 Build 4.0(5)
Thanks
Tom

Hi Tom,
A couple of questions here
- does this only happen to her?
- is there any Call Forward set on her phone (All,Busy, No answer)?
- is Unity involved in the set up at all?
Cheers!

Thanks Rob,
As far as I know, it has only happened to her. She was on a conference call setup through meet-me, there were 3 other parties who had called in, and her husband called her line directly, and he was added into the meet-me call.
She definitely didn't have any type of call forward set on her phone.
We do have unitly so I assume it is involved in some way shape or form
When her husband called in, he did not get the normal 20 second ringing before voicemail or anything like that, he was inserted directly into the conference.

Hi Tom,
Can you duplicate the problem? Do you know if when she set up the Meetme
she dialed the Meetme DN directly (after the Softkey> Meetme) of if she dials
through via a Unity Call handler?
I'm taking a real WAG here but it seems like her phone does a forward busy
to Unity and somehow when her husband called and forwarded to voicemail
he linked into the conference. There is no other way that I can think of
Cheers!
Rob
