Calls to the remote office via PBX

Hello, when i call from Cisco to PBX all is ok

But when i want to call to remout office via PBX after 15 seconds is error, becaus now is configured like this (Remoute_office --->PBX--->CiscoGW)

The debug of isdn q931 says

You need to ask the person who manages the PBX what's going on. The Cisco gateway receives the DISCONNECT IE so it's not at fault here. I do not believe this is a timer problem since the call fully connects and then the PBX tears the call down.
