Calls transfer to outside numbers carry the prefix +1 9

How can we filter or remove the prefix of +9 when transferring a call? Currently when we transter a call from our work phones to cell phones, caller ID shows the number and +9. Normally, to dial out we have to put a +9, but the prefix should not have to be transferred to caller ID.

Either a Calling Party Transformation Profile on the CUCM SIP Trunk or a voice translation-rule/profile on the Cisco IOS router providing PSTN connectivity can modify the ANI.
