can 2821 work as cube?

i have a 2821 working as a h323 voice gateway to my cucm using E1 , can i use it as cube to create two sip-trunks one with cucm and the other with a call-recordind server to fork calls?

Yes it can. Just create your dial peers and enable sip on them

If I understand correct and the SIP trunks will NOT terminate calls to your Provider, then I believe that you will not need extra licenses.
