Can a long distance code be appended to the dialed number?

Ive looked through numerous discussions but havent found a solution. Can digit manipulation in Callmanager (7.x) be used to append a pause and long distance code to the number dialed by the user? In this case the LD code is enforced by the telco. If yes please explain. Thanks,

No, CUCM cannot insert pauses into anything.

In CUCM you can only modify the number (before, after, in the middle, etc) but you cannot insert any pauses.
