Can a port on my VG320, SIP protocol be configured with Loop Start?

I have been handed a project to connect our overhead paging system to our phone system.

It seems the preferred method is Loop Start trunk port
Or a Station Port that's set to not ring, just to seize the port.

I'm trying to figure out if I have to buy an FXO card or if I can configure Station Port appropriately on my Cisco VG320 via the SIP cli...
