Can you explain what do you mean by sip info and auto? If you mean SIP INFO messages and Auto-Attendant then yes.

i found ASR5400 using IOS 12.3  only support  INFO DTMF  feature

can ASR5400 have SIP info and auto feature by upgrade IOS ?
