Can Cisco & Avaya work on splitting PRI?

Please advice, if Cisco & Avaya can work on splitting PRI.

It depends what you mean by 'splitting PRI' - can you elaborate?

Modern Cisco & Avaya systems are capable of integrating over IP or TDM, so you can deliver a single PRI to either system as and route calls on to the other system over a SIP/H323 or PRI connection if that is what you are asking.

It may also be possible to configure a H323 gateway to split calls out directly to each system.
