Can I disable the prompt to tune headphones on Cisco IP Communicator

Every time I start the application to join a conference call, it prompts me tune my headphones, which makes me late to the call. Can I disable this behavior? I running it on Windows 7 Professional , and the Cisco IP Communicator app version is 8.6.4.0

I believe you are referring to Audio Tuning wizard. Ideally it should not appear every time just once when you set up CIPC.

Can you try to launch CIPC in "Run As Administrator" mode and then if it comes, follow all the steps right till you do not get the Finish option and then check.

If this also does not resolve, then probably try uninstalling and reinstalling the CIPC again.
