Can I reorder the 8831 softkeys? ("apps", "contacts", and "msgs")

Is there a way to change the order of the softkeys on an 8831?  The Softkey Template Configuration doesn't allow me to move the "Apps", "Contacts", and "Msgs" softkeys around.

I'm running CUCM v9.1

There was an enhancement request filed for  this (CSCuo50166)  .  You can get in touch with your local Account team with your business requirement to have this fixed.
