Can I view CCM log files in the past 24hrs

Guys,

I am trying to look at a fault for a customer that happened at about 2pm today, but the trace files only show upto 4pm. Is there a way for me to see log files earlier than 4pm.

CUCM by default has default values of how many traces and how big they can be (MB).

Once you reach the last one the 1st one is going to dissapear the next time around (can't recall if they're overwritten or deleted and replaced with a new one)

How long can it take to fill all those files up? that completely depends on the amount of traffic and the trace level and options you have.

If the oldest ones you can see are past the time you're looking for then I'm afraid they're gone.
