Can not call a mobile device from deskphone.

Hello,

I can`t call from my deskphone to mobile devices. I can see that the call is reaching my mobile but if I want to pickup the call it doesn`t work. Also in my display appears the "RDS/Telekom Provider".

The Provider told me everything is fine and I have to check my configurations.

Info: CUCM 11.5 --> SIP Trunk --> 2911 Gateway (H323 - PRI) --> Provider

All I would be able to say is that perhaps you have to check your presentation to the carrier to ensure that the proper numbering is being used and you're not somehow leaking internal extensions . I've also had ISDN with screening/privacy set turn in to jumbled up garbage because the SIP "private" or "anonymous" somehow ends up in as the calling number. Where I am if we do not format it correctly, the carrier passes it along just fine but it will die in some tandems and some calls will not complete.
