can not change time in cisco meeting server CMS

hi experts,

i need to change time in CMS, but i received below error message 

Only use under the direction of Cisco Support

what shall i do?

my command is just access config mode to change.

Which command? I don't see a command in your first message. Please make clear descriptions of your problem!
Do you enter it via CLI?
The only command via CLI to set the time is "date set <date> <time>" (e.g. date set 2023-08-17 13:04)

There is no "config" in CMS. it is not a router ...
And you don't need to set the time manually. You should use NTP for that.

There is a whole document under the CMS documentation on cisco.com dedicated to the MMP/CLI commands that outlines each command and what it does, have you reviewed it?

It doesn't matter what this message means, you are entering commands that are not possible in CMS.

About your other question: Have you checked the link I've sent? All the commands you can enter are listed there. Also how to show the current time.
