Hi
we have cisco Call Manager 10.5 and no error displays while entering username and password in order to login to the console and it stays in that state. Can anybody assist us?

Hi,
Are u entering the correct credentials [Application GUI username and password of CUCM ] while trying to login?
can u also check what happens if enter wrong username and password ?
Lastly, u can try restarting ELM client service from CUCM .

This seems a bug, this issue is documented in defect CSCur95552 .
A workaround may work for you, which is mentioned in below thread..see below thread.

You can follow the steps as mentioned in discussion shared by Suresh.
I checked the bug and has been modified on June 10,2016 which says need to open TAC case .
