Can someone explain how PN CCX-85-CMBUNDLE-K9 works?

I know that this is a promo PN and it is not manadatory.

Reviewing other discussions, I know that the customer needs to purchase PN L-CCX-85-CMBLDLIC= in order to use the promo PN CCX-85-CMBUNDLE-K9.

How does this work?

I've been asked to provide an ESW contract for PN CCX-85-CMBUNDLE-K9.  Should I also be quoting the PN L-CCX-85-CMBLDLIC=?

Is there a link on Cisco's website that can explain this?
