Can't Acces to /telephony_service.html

Few days ago, I was trying to access to telephony service, but suddenly appears this:

I don't know what's going on, first try to change the browser, then try to change the IP, update the service. but nothig worked.

I've made a debug when I trying to acces to the service and the CISCO UC5040 shows me that,

Hi,

are you configured the following:

ip http server

ip http authentication local

no ip http secure-server

ip http path flash:

also share your current config to check

Thanks a lot Anas!!

But, I tell you what: this service is configure in Spain, and if you know in our language we use the accents like, á-é-í-ó-ú, and thats was my problem, an user with privilege had configured a name with an accent, and telephony service doesn't like that.

I deleted that user and it works again!

Watch out with the characters that telephony service don't permit and/or are denied/forbbiden for the system!!!
