Hello. i've got a ic-520 and i 7960 ip phone with sccp firmware. i set it up and it works fine as a ip phone but for some reason i can't access voicemail with it. I followed a configuration example for setting up the voicemail app in the Integrated-Service-Engine but for some reason whenever i dial the voicemail button i get an unknow number error but not until i've dialed all the digits. the log shows this
%CALL_CONTROL-6-CALL_LOOP: The incoming call has a global identifier already present in the list of currently handled calls. It is being refused.
i've checked the dial peers and i can't see any conflicting to cause this error. my config is below.
am i missing something?
