Can't find SIP application in new SIP Phone-8865

Hi,

We are using Cisco 8865 for SIP service test. But we meet issue after power on the SIP phone.

1. There is an activation code needed at Welcome GUI

2. Can't find SIP relative application in SIP phone.

We couldn't find solution in user guide. Could you help us?
