Can't group pickup on pilot number

Dear All,

I had a PSTN number match to 1 hunt group, when outside phone call to the pstn number it will hunt for the internal phone. During the hunt i can't group pickup. Only 1 pickup group define in the system. My UC520 is CME7.0. Using internal phone test pickup group working fine.

That's WAD, you cannot pickup calls that come from hunt groups.

Hi Java,

This working in CME4.3. My customer have 2 office, one using UC520 with CME4.3 it work fine. The new office use UC520 with CME7.0 can't work.

Do you have document supporting because I need to let my customer know. Sure it will ask for this.

What is the meaning for "WAD".

I managed to use group pickup with ephone-hunt commnd. Not voice hunt-group.
