Can't log in to Cisco Unity Express 8.6.6

Hi Guys,

 

I need your expertise on this. We can't login to CUE it says "System is not initialized, only administrators are allowed" we have just installed it today and doesnt know what the issue is. We already tried cisco/cisco but it doest work.

 

Any suggestions?

I have attached the config for your review. I just omitted some inputs for confidentiality purposes.

Hi Juan,

Seem like user which your trying to login is not part admin group. Refer below link

On CLI on CUE execute "show group detail groupname Administrators" command output will shows members of the Administrators group

Refer below link has procedure to reset CUE password
