CAN'T OPEN CUCM ADMINISTRATION PAGE CUCM 6.1 BE

Hi to all,

I can not open the administrator page

http://172.16.3.2/ and display the page but when I link to manager administrator displays the error IE can not show the web page.

Can connect by ssh to console.

We restart the CUCM

Need some help.

ssh onto CUCM look at which service's is down and manually start the downed services. I bet the Tomcat service is stopped.

I ssh onto CUCM and the Tomcat service is started, we also rebooted the server.
