Dear Experts,
We have installed Cisco Cisco Unified CM Administration System version: 10.5.1.10000-7 and connected to 7841, 7960.
Recently we got some Cisco IP Phone 8845 but we can't able to see 8845 in listed phone.
Kindly advise.

Hi Ali,
As per datasheet, you need to have minimum CUCM 10.5.2

You need to do a minor upgrade of CUCM.

Aman is correct (+5). 10.5.2 is minimum version for 10.5 train to support these, plus you may need a device pack to allow addition of these models.
