Hi,
We need to telnet to one of the phones to monitor some traffic but we can't telnet to it (192.168.3.53), whenever we try we get the response:
C:\>telnet 192.168.3.53
Connecting To 192.168.3.53...Could not open connection to the host, on port 23:
Connect failed
Has anyone come accross this before?
TIA
Tim

Hi,
I think these phones support ssh only. If you search the forum, there are post explaining how to do that, it's a bit complicated.
And after you do ssh into the phone, there is really much that you can do.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

Thanks, I've looked at the SSH but I wanted to look at the traffic logs to/from the phone. Can you suggeset any ways of doing this?
Thanks,
Tim

These have to be accessed by the CCM or whatever controls the phone, details varies by the version you have.
