Hi Cisco Techs,
LCD screen shows Unprovisioned SIP at top of screen(never seen this before on phones)
Phones MAC address is registered
i go into Network Settings to change DHCP, TFTP etc via **# but doesn't unlock this to update.
Didn't want to factory reset as phone appears to have correct SIP firmware loaded which is P0S3 etc
Any suggestions please
Thanks in advance again

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the reply.
Yes I am Chris. And I know it doesn't affect the firmware version.
CUCM 7.2.1
I than arrowed down to option 9 to Unlock Config. Entered cisco in the alphanumeric window but nothing.
Just trying to update the DHCP and TFTP ip's
The screen shows under Status listing 3 separate error messages.

Factory reset does not affect firmware version.
What system are you connecting to, CUCM, CME, 3rd party?
When you press **# are you doing it after pressing Settings button?
