Can the SPA3102-NA be used in Japan?

We'd like to purchase some SPA3102's and place them in Japan to place calls through local POTS lines. The ones for sale here in the US all appear to be the -NA (North America) versions.

Can anyone tell me if these are viable in Japan, either as-is or through some change in settings? I don't want to be inadvertantly placing a prohibited impedance on the lines, and of course, I'd like the SPA3102's to work. :-)
